Contact Inquiries
When you send the contact form, your name, email address, selected interest, optional organization and message are saved privately so JJ can reply, along with the page you wrote from and the time. Your details are kept in JJ's private contact records. They are not published on this website, and they are not sold or shared for anyone else's marketing.
Optional Updates
The updates checkbox is optional and is never preselected. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to updates. Only if you tick the box are you added to JJ's updates list, together with the date and wording of the consent you gave. If you previously unsubscribed, that choice is respected. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Spam protection
The form is protected against automated abuse, which includes limiting how many messages can be sent in a short time from the same connection. No readable record of your network address is kept.
Appointments
The booking page links to Calendly. Booking details and reservation payments are handled by Calendly and its connected payment provider, under their privacy policies and terms. This website does not collect or store payment card details.
Video and external links
Video thumbnails may load from YouTube. Selecting a video loads a YouTube player using its privacy-enhanced domain. YouTube and other external services may process information under their own policies. Links to GPG, PGACOACH.AI, SAF and social platforms take you to separate services.
Giving and payments
This website does not collect payment card details. Foundation gifts are completed through the foundation's website and payment provider. Review the recipient, privacy information and terms on the destination site.
Hosting and site operation
The hosting provider may process basic connection information, such as an IP address and request logs, to operate and protect the site. This version does not include a marketing analytics or advertising integration.
