Mental Game Strategies to Play Better Golf
While I was coaching the golf team at Ohio State University, I developed a mental game training program to improve our performance. The Ohio State Golf team was ranked 70th nationally in NCAA D1 golf before implementing the mental game program. With the same players, our team moved to top 25 in the country after the 2014 fall season.
The mental game program provides practical exercises to improve the most important aspects to achieve your peak performance. The program includes worksheets, strategic practice structures, training apps and real life experience to train players of all abilities to achieve their potential.
